Echoes and Whispers---
----- is not just a title—it is the way my heart speaks. Some days, my emotions arrive like crashing waves, loud and impossible to ignore. Other days, they come as soft murmurs, almost lost in the wind, yet strong enough to stir something deep within me. This diary is where both those voices meet—the echoes that return again and again and the whispers that would otherwise fade into silence.
I have carried an ocean inside me: love that healed and love that hurt. Joy that lifted me high and pain that pulled me under. Moments where hope lit my world and others where despair left me drowning. Each poem here is a fragment of that ocean—sometimes clear and calm, sometimes stormy and wild. They are pieces of me that I could not say aloud, yet could not keep buried either.
This is not a book of answers but of feelings. It is where my contradictions coexist—love and hate, peace and chaos, strength and fragility. I write because emotions, when unspoken, grow heavier. And in these pages, I have let them breathe.
If you read these words, you may hear echoes of your own heart, too. Because no matter how personal these lines are, the waves of emotion connect us all. What I whisper here may echo in you, and what echoes in me may whisper back to you.
This diary is my attempt to give shape to what is often invisible. To turn fleeting feelings into something that can stay. To remind myself that even in the loudest storms and the quietest nights, my heart is alive, searching, breaking, healing, and always speaking—sometimes in echoes, sometimes in whispers.
